DevOps Engineer – Customer Support (m/f/d) to Immediately (Full-time)

at our headquarters in Rheine

As a DevOps engineer, you combine software development and IT/SW operations. You’ll improve the speed and reliability of software delivery by implementing practices that improve collaboration, integration, and automation.

Tasks:

  • Project planning of new products (hardware and software) with a focus on IoT
  • Deploy and maintain Azur and AWS Cloud connections for customers
  • Definition of work processes incl. documentation
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Creating and maintaining operating system images
  • Testing and deploying patches/updates for digital products
  • Develop automated processes, development, testing, and automation tools
  • Training and support for employees

Requirements:

  • At least (5) five years of proven experience in similar industries, markets, and roles
  • Fluent in German and English (Level C1)
  • Very good knowledge of Azure, AWS, Jenkins
  • Strong customer service mentality with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide clear instructions or explanations
  • Understanding digital solutions (hardware and software) for machine diagnostics, IoT/cloud solutions
  • Basic knowledge of the principle and operation of compressor machines
