Extract of the General Business Terms and Conditions of PROGNOST Systems GmbH:
§ GENERAL
- Supplier’s proposal, offer or acceptance of Customer’s purchase orders is conditioned on Customer’s acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any additional or conflicting terms in Customer’s request for proposal, specifications, purchase order or any other written or oral communication are not binding on Supplier unless separately signed by Supplier’ failure to object to Customer’s additional or conflicting terms does not operate as a waiver of any terms contained herein.
- Supplier’s quotations, price lists, and other commercial statements are non-binding and subject to change unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
- Customer orders shall not be binding on Supplier unless and until they have been confirmed in writing by Supplier, or Supplier has delivered the Products or issued an invoice in connection therewith.
